We ship FedEx ground to the continental US only. Packages go out 2-7 business days from day of purchase.

If an item reaches you in a damaged condition, please contact FedEx immediately to file a claim. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

We do not exchange merchandise that reaches you in good condition.

Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and must purchase insurance for the full value of the piece. If the buyer does not purchase insurance for the return, we will not refund the item should it arrive damaged to our studio.
